1st time here. After my last experience with a dentist I was somewhat guarded about another dentist.
My initial contact was Maylani(?) and she was an absolute joy and a real sweet young lady. Certainly appears to be very well trained and knowledgeable. Thanks Maylani for your time making me feel welcome and comfortable.
Upon meeting Dr. Ashby he reached out his hand, shook mine and introduced himself. Good 1st encounter. Took a look at my teeth, found a couple of minor issues, but assured me it was not a problem and I have scheduled an appointment to take care of things.
Overall the office seems to be well run, friendly and well staffed. I'll have to see how things go in about 6 weeks and go from there. So far, so good.

The doctor and the staff were very helpful! They knew I had extreme anxiety about coming to the office and by the end of the appointment I felt at ease. I’m extremely thankful for the kindness and understanding of my anxiety about going. Thank you for the experience and the encouragement of coming in.
